Pauline Nyaga, the Provider for this home is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years work
experience. She has worked at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and Adult Family Homes, particularly focusing her care on seniors in our community.
Pauline manages the home and makes the general care management decisions, as well as being responsible for the overall operation of the home. She is available daily 6AM to 6PM. In the event that she is not available, she can be contacted by phone at (206) 272-0645.
